For those like me who can't always find the time for full workouts but would like to increase the frequency of their yoga practices, this seems like a good video to build into an early morning routine. I enjoyed it.

Good pace. Could do this one x3 for a 30 min+ workout. Nice voice. Described well.

Very refreshing. It moves at a gentle yet steady pace, gets the heart pumping but doesn't feel frantic (or too slow, sometimes very slow sun salutations are gruesome for the muscles). Stops through each pose just long enough to engage. It's a wonderful progression for those who simply want to do some sun salutations without attaching more of a routine. These are good variations for intermediate practitioners like myself.
