Hi I like the length of this for a relaxation yoga however felt it ended too ubruptly for an 'emotional wellbeing' type of yoga - there needed to be a short meditation

I just joined minutes ago and am really enjoying my decision. The video wasn't so hard... and yet I was challenged. I've never been able to do a lotus, and I got really close to it today... and the spinal twist was amazing!

this is a great little pick up.....when you think you don't have time---just dot it! only 20 minutes and you'll be glad you did! wherever or whatever you might be rushing to - you'll feel better and look better!

What a amazing gift?! Thank you Mia for bringing the art of mindfulness/yoga to our home. We now alternate between 3-4 different classes. It feels great to be practicing on a daily schedule now. Body and soul feel great. Before this we would always find an excuse in skipping classes either due to the cold Canadian weather or kids or just simply the cost of classes at a local studio. Now our yoga goes along with us. We can practice anytime/anyplace now. Thanks to you, everything is back in harmony.

I really enjoyed this short uplifting yoga program. It is easy to fit a 21 minute yoga routine into my day. Great guitar music in background helps focus my mind. This yoga, although short, includes hip openers that my body craves! Thank you Mia for another fantastic practice.
