Comments: Meditative Movement Practice Series 1
Mia is awesome, except her video stops for long stretches several times... Maybe more bandwidth? I've tried three different yoga practices, and they've all done this :( I love this concept, but the technical glitches need to be worked out... ADMIN Update: we have since moved to a new video provider.

This is the first practice I've tried on this site. It was very similar to classes I attend at a studio. It was very good - great stretching and I am so relaxed afterward.

My favorite teacher so far. Incredibly thorough, descriptive, slow and deep. At the end of this class, I feel very centered and stretched.

I have been doing this one for a while now and it is wonderful. I am somewhat overweight and also older and not very flexible anymore but am able to do most of the poses. I'll keep doing this one. Carol

too slow..it should be only for beginner, not say level 2-4..
- Noon, San Jose , ca
This class is very calming and soothing. There is lots of time to absorb the postures and to keep your awareness on your breath and body.

I found this practice to be very, very good.

General question...Are none of the practice session both audio AND video? I am getting just audio. I have chosen to play the video in taking the steps to begin.
Thanks,
Carol
