Hey ...I was really enjoying this audio session....love her voice, looking forward to a final relaxation, but at 61 minutes of the 69 minutes....it stopped...BUMMER! I am new --I guess this should go to customer service.....I will have aak them to delete it if it is no longer a problem.... still no regrets- I enjoyed it carol

Felt envigorated. If available, would be interested in more of her practices on this site.

I thoroughly enjoyed this practice. I've recently had a hysterectomy and could not do all the poses but it was so totally relaxing! Her voice is hypnotic. This was exactly what I needed to help me get back into yoga.

Her Practices do the opposite for me! They are fantastic, truly relaxing. I suffer from anxiety and agoraphobia, and this practice along with others is very helpful. Thanks Again!

Her practices make me nervous. Not my cup of tea in any way.
