Well, I finally got around to trying your audio practice and this was just right after a long hot muggy day at work. I needed to get in a practice but my energy level was low so I chose this one. It was wonderful! I learned some new variations of forward fold the arms sliding down the outside of the outstretched leg was new to me and it felt so good-actually less of a stress on my back and the transition into twist was nice. I enjoyed the slow gentle movement and lengthy holds in each posture with the breathing. The relaxation came easy at the end and I drifted off into peace for a few minutes. Overall your audio presentation was clear and easy to understand and a nice change from having to view the screen. I feel great! Thank you! from Claudia in Yucaipa,ca
