Testimonials
"I'm just dropping you a line to say how marvelous your service is, and to let you know how much it has affected my life. Believe it or not my doctor recommended yoga to help with some back pain and stress issues I have been having over the last year. Unfortunately, my work schedule - which is causing all the stress! - does not fit with my local yoga class schedule and I thought I would not be able to give yoga a try. Then, about two months ago, I found your site and I have been practicing three times a week. What a difference it has made! My wife thinks it may have saved our marriage ;) Thanks again and keep up the great work!" - Bill Cory, Pacheco, CA
Yoga Poses | Standing
Mountain Pose (Tadasana) – [tah – dahs – anna] - Tada = mountain
Description: Tadasana is wonderful for improving your posture and alignment, toning the spinal nerves, and creating a sense of awareness through the body.
Upward Hand Pose (Urdhva Hastasana) – [erd-vah ahs-tahs-anna]
Description: A perfect pose to awaken the body, bringing energy and feeling through the entire body from the finger tips down through the souls of the feet.
Standing Side-Stretch
Description: Gently opens the side of the body, especially the ribs and intercostal muscles. Bends the spine laterally (to the side) and allows one to explore a very uncommon movement.
Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) – [Trik-o-nahs-anna]
Description: Trikonasana asks our legs, spine and neck to be strong. As with every pose, don’t push yourself to achieve the “final” posture.
