What style of yoga are the Randi Botnik classes on this site? I haven't been to many yoga classes but have stretched and done some video classes here and elsewhere over the last four years. When I move from my current location in a remote part of australia I would like to take some yoga classes similiar to the Randi Botnik classes. So what style of yoga should I look for? Really love this site, has me doing yoga 3 or 4 times a week. Ciao Simon |
