Just wanting to see if anyone is on here recently. I have done the basic class with Beth Shaw about 7 times now and I am amazed at how quickly my torso is shaping up. My posture is the best it has ever been and I am always looking forward to the next time I can practice. Hope to try a new class soon,but for now I am sticking with my first choice until I feel stronger in the upper body. Ami |

I have been an active member since the past six months and would totally recommend this site for all levels of yoga practitioners. YLC offers a range of videos for all levels and all categories. Definitely worth trying! |
