Testimonials
"I just wanted to say what a great idea, yoga online anytime
we like. I know i have a crazy schedule as do many others, and
it's hard to commit to any certain time of day or week to practice.
So I say thanks and I look forward to trying all the different
routines. " - Irthfairi

I was just wondering what types of music people are listening to these days while doing yoga? |

Gee, there are so many I like, just a few that are good for yoga, meditation and mantra... Chloe Goodchild, Deva Premal, Rasa, Gabrielle Roth, Chinmaya Dunster. Namaste |

Ditto to all above! Thanks for sharing. A few of my favorites to play in class (for deep calming and inner travel) are: Peter Kater's "Essence" - stay with the entire track ... it moves Marina Raye on native flutes Robert Gass & On Wings of Song "Enchanted" Dean Evenson and Li Xiangting's "Tao of Peace" "Mythos" is intriguing Then there have been times, in my personal practice, where a good dose of The Cure, Red Hot Chili Peppers or The The's "Dusk" is just simply necessary! This is a fantastic, inexhaustible topic! Hope others write and share. Jeneveve |
