A certified Integrative Yoga Therapy yoga instructor, Randi draws on the ancient teachings of yoga and eastern medicine to offer suggestions on holistic lifestyle choices that affect health and wellness. Prior to starting her yoga and healing practice, Randi was a manager for a multi-media public service campaign on child advocacy in Washington, DC. She holds a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's of Arts from Tufts University.
